What is Manga?

Manga is the animation for comics and only for comics.  However it is not just for Japanese stories.  There are American mangas too.  Also in Korea.  Manga can be full length novel, serial stories, and of course comic books.   Like Anime, Manga caters to any interest one might have.  There truly is an manga for everyone.  Drawings are done in ink and the artist makes an effort to keep the paper neat.  Most characters have the same characteristics, large eyes and rather large body parts.  Some mangas are adapted into animes.
